karma doesn't increase

I registered my account in 2006. After some years of inactivity in this weeks I'm doing a lot of operation on launchpad like translation suggestion, blueprint open, bug open and other operations but my karma doesn't increase.

It's a bug or a normal feature?

The karma processing has not completed in a week. We are working on fixing the issue.
