please update lp:ffmpeg to import from git instead of svn

FFmpeg has moved to git. Please import from git://git.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.git and discard the old branch history.

The import already exists, so there is not work to do in this area. Instead I set the branch for https://launchpad.net/ffmpeg/main to be the good import.
