retry some armel builds

Until/unless build timeout is raised from 150 minutes or armel build machines get more memory some packages FTBFS on ARM because of the timeout.

Please retry the builds for the packages mentioned in this bug report, after manually increasing the timeout value. These are not real hangs but large source files files being built and probably the system does a lot of paging. I'd suggest trying one with serveral more hours timeout and if it succeeds do the same with the rest. haskell-lexer is the most important, the others are probably less used, especially on ARM

I followed what was suggested in a bugreport comment. Also the FTBFS are publicly visible, may as well be requested by community members, this way it is more transparent.

Can you help with this problem?
