Launchpad itself

please increase the size of PPA's

- please double the size of the ~doko/toolchain PPA to 8GB
- please set the size of the ~libreoffice/ppa to 10GB

if that is possible without devirtualizing the PPA, yes please. Else I'll create
a libreoffice-r group for that purpose.

No it's not possible, since AFAIK the "virtual" ARM builders belong to OEM and
you need to ask them if you can use them.
