Is there a better way to flag spammy items and people? I used the search box, and came across reports like this type, which I have followed as a template, but perhaps a 'one click' flag for review' button near a comment would be more appropriate ?

I suspended the user. Launchpad does not have a way to flag spam (there is a bug tracking the issue).
