Changing a Private PPA into a Public PPA

By mistake our https://launchpad.net/~tiomap-dev/+archive/trunk PPA has been created in "private" but we wanted it to be "public". I learned from LOSAL on #Launchpad IRC channel that it's not possible to modify the privilege access into public. Therefore, is that possible to create an additional Public PPA named "omap-trunk" for ARM architecture?
