Why can't I access https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/445419

I am unable to access the bug details at https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/445419 even though I am logged in.

It just says:

Not allowed here

The bug report in question has been marked as private. Unfortunately, there is not a more meaningful error message.

Thanks for the quick answer. But do you know why it's marked as private? Just curious.

I am getting the error
 liferea: pthread_mutex_lock.c:312: __pthread_mutex_lock_full: Assertion `(-(e)) != 3 || !robust' failed

on Ubuntu 9.10 and when I looked up online I came across: http://markmail.org/message/xhlggqoggozrmjm7

which pointed me to the page that doesn't give me access.
