Expected time for mailing list moderation

Hi,

How long should I expect it to take before a new mailing list is approved? I requested a list for https://launchpad.net/~openstack-xenapi/+mailinglist on Wednesday afternoon UK time, and it's been saying "This team's mailing list will be available within a few minutes." since then. I presume this means that it's waiting for approval.

10 minutes is the expected time. We believe there is a stick process blocking the creation of several lists.

Stefan discovered that syncing stopped on December 1. He restated Mailman and the list was synced.
