what does the status triaged mean for any bug?

Short answer: expired bugs that nobody cared about for some time, 'cold' bugs.

Generally, the status means a developer has looked at the bug report and considers the issue a genuine bug. Some projects have additional requirements before a bug can be considered triaged, for example having everything in the bug report to be able to fix the issue.
