eXe duplicate projects, project recovery

A former developer appears to have registered eXe http://exelearning.org/ three times:
  http://launchpad.net/exe
  http://launchpad.net/exe-project
  http://launchpad.net/exe1
He is no longer active in our project and appears to have forgotten the password(s) involved. Is it possible to delete these unused projects so that we can "reregister" eXe and try using Launchpad for translations?

Something worth clarifying:

http://launchpad.net/exe has a published code import (broken and stopped).
http://launchpad.net/exe1 has a code import in the pipe (not yet published or failed) for a different location.

http://launchpad.net/exe-project is a project group that appears to have been created to combine these two projects.

It seems to me that "exe" is the "right" project and should be reassigned to Jim. The "exe-project" group is probably useless, and "exe1" looks like it should really have been a series in "exe".

Just for the record, a user on the launchpad-users mailing list reported
today failure to translate the exe1 project (which had been disabled).
Just wanted to let you know -- as soon as you upload the templates and
translations you'll be able to get the community involved.
