I tried to run the import, but it failed. To reproduce the problem you can do:

$ cvs -d :pserver:<email address hidden>:/var/cvs co -c
cvs checkout: cannot open /var/cvs/CVSROOT/cvswrappers: Permission deniedcvs
[checkout aborted]: failed to open the modules file

Our CVS converter requires "cvs co -c" to work. If you can fix the permission, we can try the import again.

I have fixed various permissions. Now I can do this from any anonymous computer on the net:

cvs -d :pserver:<email address hidden>:/var/cvs co -c

and

cvs -d:pserver:<email address hidden>:/var/cvs co DSlib
