Please rename canonball-openerp to canonical-openerp

I'm setting up a project to track our internal OpenERP install. I'd like to use the name canonical-openerp but it's reserved so I've used the temporary name canonball-openerp. Could you rename it to canonical-openerp please?

This has been done, although I should mention that I think canonball-openerp is a much better name...
