Need to change ownership of Turkish Team from a non active member to current active leader

Ubuntu-tr are not in http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ list. This is because of this : https://launchpad.net/~locoteams/+members
They are in the pending list. This launchpad account does not belong them: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-tr
Özgür Karataş is not in their loco team. He owned the launchpad account before they did.

I've tried to contact him twice in the past few weeks and no reply.

Serkan /heartsmagic is the current team leader/ point of contact for this team

We've been working with the team contacts and we're happy to vouch for the person who wants to take over ownership of the team as we've tried to contact the team owner who is detailed on launchpad.
