Register a new distribution?

Hello I want to register BlankOn on https://launchpad.net/distros but there is no link to register a distro in that page?

BlankOn itself is a derivative project maintained by Ubuntu Indonesian team which tried to create an Ubuntu-based distribution for Indonesian people. We already register it as "a project" on Launchpad (https://launchpad.net/blankon) but we think we would like to change it to "a distribution" if possible?

Andy and I discussed over email, I think the best thing for BlankOn is to stay registered as a project and make use of PPAs.

Can you help with this problem?
