Are launchpad imports of SVN branches compatible with bzr-svn?

Asked by Samuel Bronson

If I request a launchpad import of the trunk of an SVN project, will the resulting Bazaar branch be compatible with bzr-svn, so that people can use other branches from the same SVN repository along with it?

Yes. Launchpad itself uses bzr-svn for new imports. Older imports can
still be done using cscvs unless explicitly converted to use bzr-svn.

But can this be made clearer on the import request form or the wikipage linked from that form, or at least added to the FAQ?
