lp:scour update frozen

The branch lp:~codedread/scour/trunk has been updating since yesterday afternoon (GMT-4). Apparently ~codedread has updated the trunk to bzr format 2a and the update has frozen.

Sorry. This is fallout of a bug in the upgrade code. The branch was successfully upgraded, and no revisions were missing.

It has been fixed now, and the bug is being addressed by a developer right now (bug 592496).
