Request maintenance of chicken project

I'd like to take over maintenance of the "chicken" (Chicken Scheme compiler) project.

I also put up requests for an import of the current Git repository (the currently registered one is a very very old CVS repo which is no longer in use) and an import of the old Subversion repository for archival purposes (so the entire historical development can be traced back in Launchpad).
