My translations still need review

I uploaded new pot/po files for my project about 2 months. They never got approved (need review state). So I just uploaded again new po files and deleted the previous upload. How come my translations get blocked?

Hi Emmanuel,

Not sure when your templates will be manually approved, but you can also try to enable the automatic translation import for your template.

Here is how you can do it:

Probably because Launchpad can't be sure which templates they belong to. When you upload a tarball of translation files, each translation should be in the same directory as its template.

So, for instance, the German translation of the sflphone template should be called sflphone/de.po because the template was uploaded as sflphone/sflphone.pot. The French translation of sflphone-manual/sflphone-usermanual.pot should be called sflphone-manual/fr.po. And so on.

When the paths match, approval should be automatic.
