Search results come from Google. Its index will be updated in a few weeks.

PHPRoute should up in your activity because of bug 130285. The core issue is that you have karma in it. Of course this is a problem since it is a bad link

The bug that shows the deactivated project is fixed in edge. The fix will be released to all Launchpad users next week.
