please rename uone-help-docs project to ubuntuone-help-docs

Hi!

Please rename https://edge.launchpad.net/uone-help-docs to ubuntuone-help-docs. This is a child project of ubuntuone, and so I think it should be allowed to have a project name that starts with ubuntuone. Thanks!

Also, could you change the branch visibility policy for this project to all public, all the time? Thanks again.

I have re-named the url name of this project to ubuntuone-help-docs, and

set the branch visibility as below.

" Default branch visibility for all branches in Ubuntu One help docs is Public. "
