Remove unused PPAs

Please remove my unused PPAs

The PPAs are empty and disabled, I need to remove because I want to change my Launchpad ID.

Hello: As per the existing LP bug I attached to this answer, used PPA's cannot be deleted. Leaving it disabled is all we can do right now.
