Changes for a Canonical team

The team kanonical-platform-qa needs to be renamed canonical-platform-qa. The spelling was intentional due to the naming blacklist.

The team also needs to be made public. It is currently private and the model prevents changing from private to public. Do you have instructions on how to do it at the database level?

To make the change to public the Person.visiblity needs to be changed from 30 to 1.
