r12056 has joined LP some few days ago. In this period of time he has:

(1) created a new group (Bug Elevation Team, https://edge.launchpad.net/~bug-elevation-team), assigned Ubuntu-bugs as administrator, and invited pretty much all Ubuntu devs/QA teams to it. I can guarantee we did *not* discuss this group creation, neither approve it.

(2) has been making unneeded/wrong changes to bugs. For example, on https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/69931, he nominated FF3.5|6|7. There is no reason for nomination; on https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/phpmyadmin/+bug/392324, he deleted the CVEs entries.

Enough is enough. Please block this user.

I have disabled this account and requested that the user go to #ubuntu-bugs to talk with anyone from bug-control if they feel that this is an honest misunderstanding.
