How do I change my Launchpad ID (also known as your account name)?

If the account name you desire is free, you can do this yourself -- just visit your Edit details page: https://launchpad.net/people/+me/+edit

If it is taken, you should contact the user who owns it, and failing that, you should contact a Launchpad administrator.
