Is it possible to link a project to packages in a PPA?

Though there isn't an explicit association, you can add the URL for a PPA into your project's description (via the Edit details option).
PPAs can contain packages for multiple projects; because of this we've chosen to associate them to teams and people; this is why the link between project and PPA informal for now. We may reconsider this in the future.
