Error message

Asked by Richard

Hi

This is a new installation. When I drag an email over the knowledgetree zimlet, I see a dialogue box asking for basic info (name, tags etc). I OK that then see this:

TypeError t.xml is null

My config looks like this:

<zimletConfig name="net_oa_kt" version="0.50">
    <global>
        <property name="allowedDomains">*</property>
        <property name="KTURL">http://192.168.1.171/knowledgetree</property>
    </global>
</zimletConfig>

KnowledgeTree (Community Edition) Version 3.7.0.2

Zimbra Release 6.0.6_GA_2324.RHEL5_64_20100406133038 CentOS_64 NETWORK edition

Any help would be welcome...

Thanks,

richard

I did try this to see if it made any difference:

zmprov mc default zimbraProxyAllowedDomains "*"

Restarted zimbra, but it hasn't fixed the problem...

Ok, asking around the tech team gets me the only other time that message was seen was with an issue with ZCS6. I've uploaded a version of the zimlet *deployed and working* with ZCS6, and suggest you try that one. Our guy who developed the zimlet finished his placement days after sorting the last bugs so it is entirely possible he never got around to uploading the patched version...

Hi - that works!

I nearly missed the option to just save the attached document, but found it as a new attachment handling option: (Download | Briefcase | Remove | save to knowledgetree)

Very useful zimlet, thanks.
