How to translate Keryx

They should go in something like ./locale/es/LC_MESSAGES/keryx.mo where you replace es with the language abbreviation.

I'll trying to add Russian locale and have some problems:

1. In Windows codepage of keryx.mo will be CP1251, thats wrong for Linux (UTF-8), and vice versa.

2. In Windows session not possible to choose project file (open project dialog). Log:

3. In Linux & Windows "Locale Directory" option don't work - only manual edit keryx.conf is possible.

I'm not sure how to fix that. I'm very new to translations still and I am not even sure that it works 100% with 0.92.

These issues will be fixed in the next version. There are enough problems with 0.92 that it makes sense to start from scratch on 1.0 and leave 0.92 alone so that we can fix all these problems at once and work on the new features and ideas at the same time.
