Installs, then any links clicks on page brings me to a Page Not Found?????

Which installation do you use? For clean URL's you need a .htaccess file.

When i try to open a link on your site i get an alert message from Google Chrome and Firefox ( This connection is untrusted ). I can not help you.

You're using IIS, which is not supported (never tested also). Please
read README/INSTALL in order to make a proper install. IIS doesn't
read .htaccess files and some other issues, so please use a compatible
webserver.
