We always had very limited demand for Suhosin. Most of our major feature changes are influenced by the number of requests we get for something. There's only been a handleful, so I would say at this time it is a very low priority. If we did it would likely only be the extension, rather than the core patch because that is an optional feature (loadable module) that wouldn't effect users that didn't want it.

That said, you are welcome to create a feature request [bug] with subject 'RFE: PHP Suhosin Extension'. I'm not ready to say absolutely 'no' so having a feature request that others can comment on will maybe bring more feedback from other IUS users.
