Asked by Felicia

I opened an image in inkscape and saved it to use in my sure cuts a lot program for my cricut expressions machine. This is the first time I have encountered this. The image opens backwards.

No matter if I save it as inscape svg, plain svg or compressed, it stills opens backwards. I have saved other images and opened them with my sure cuts a lot program and have not had any problems.

When image is opened it is turned over. I am seeing it from the back. What language do you speak?
Thank you,
Felicia

My mother tongue is Spanish, but I'm fluent in English. A term like "mirrored" or "flipped" is more precise. I don't understand where the problem resides. If the problem appears when you open the SVG on your cutting software, it is probably a problem unrelated to Inkscape. A solution could be to flip the image in Inkscape so Sure Cuts A Lot opens it correctly (press H with the object selected).

However, another explanation could be that there is something wrong with the SVG file itself so I¡m converting this question to a bug. Please attach the problematic file so we can investigate it further.

Can you help with this problem?
