i can not find lasso tool.

I can not find lasso tool in the tool menu for selection.

There is no lasso tool. That is more commonly used for bitmap editors. Inkscape is a vector editor, and thus operates on shapes, not pixels.

There is, however, a "touch select" mode for the selection tool. Use the select (arrow) tool and hold the alt-key and drag. Any shape touched by the line will be selected.

Incidentally I have to drag then click Alt as my window manager (KDE on Ubuntu) grabs Alt for moving windows.

Left-click with the mouse first, press ALT and start to drag ;)
