More page sizes in templates

I'd like to suggest the addition of new page sizes in Inkscape 0.92 or 0.91.1 (or the next future release available).
Please add more page sizes like the ones listed below:

A0 841mm X 1189mm
A1 594mm X 841mm
A2 420mm X 594mm
A3 297mm X 420mm
A4 210mm X 297mm
A5 148mm X 210mm
A6 105mm X 148mm
A7 74mm X 105mm
A8 52mm X 74mm

They are available in document properties - Inkscape does not (never
did) include a separate template for each supported/known page format.

There is a procedural template which could add more of them (currently
supports A4, A3 and Letter, IIRC).

I don't think this would be a good idea - we would have include a separate template for non-metric based formats too (actually for all page formats listed in 'Document Properties > Page'), and thus the list of templates would quickly grow too large to be really useful.

A better approach might be to add more of the predefined/known page formats to a procedural template like e.g. 'Empty Page' (this one is more a PoC at this stage, since procedural templates are a new feature in 0.91).
