Inkscape

My image is oh so tiny .. How did that happe?

I'm loving this app and just learning (no kidding). Looked through the documentation online and am not sure why my image is sooo tiny but is it possible to enlarge it so I do not have to recreate? I've saved it as an inkscape svgfile. :(
