Select all lines / all text

Asked by Danillo

Hi. I have an image with several black lines and text boxes, and I need to edit both in two separate groups. In Corel Draw, I could select all lines or all text with edit>find. I know we have that option in Inkscape but I don't know what to type in the find box. So, how can I select all lines or all text boxes with Inkscape? Also, is there a way to select only text boxes with numbers instead of letters? Thanks!

To select only certain types of objects in 'Edit > Find…' uncheck '[x] All types' - it will open a list of individual options where you can select 'Text' only, or paths or a combination of other types.
