how do I download my svg image to cricut

I already vectorized & saved my image as SVG. how do I download that image into my cricut files

Is cricut some kind of software for a cutting machine? Usually, these software admit DXF saved from Inkscape. You'll have to check the cutting software and see what input formats does support.
