Best way to run it?

I've added the command
indicator-sysmonitor
to my startup applications in Ubuntu 11 04.
Is that the best way to have this indicator running?

I was looking for the terminal command of this app to launch it, thanks!
Alternatively you can start it with Dash. Just type system monitor indicator.
