Unable to uninstall Indicator Stickeynotes

How to uninstall Indicator Stickeynotes from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS?

I searched installed Indicator Stickeynotes inside Ubuntu Software Centre to uninstall. But, there is no such an installation found.

Still, it is running successfully from my Ubuntu Desktop.

Can you please tell me, do you have any other ways to remove this program from my system?

Because, I am a beginner among the other Ubuntu users.

That seems weird. Are you sure there were no typos? Make sure you are searching for "stickynotes" not "Stickeynotes". The program should show up as "Sticky Notes AppIndicator (indicator-stickynotes)."

If this doesn't work, you run the following command

    sudo apt-get remove indicator-stickynotes

Finally, remember that if an application is running, it will continue to run after you uninstall it. It will stop if you exit the application or by restarting the computer.
