Are competencies linked to training?

There is a request to have competencies linked to training -- it is my understanding that competencies required are in iHRIS manage but I don’t know if they are in the training modules. (asked in Uganda)

When the data manager adds a training course, s/he can select any competencies already entered in the system as linked to that training course. Once the employee has completed the training, in the employee's record, click Course Competency Evaluations to evaluate each competency linked to that training and add the competency to the employee's record.
