Hi,
If you are just branch or pulling a bzr branch, you can ignore this message.

However, if you want to commit changes to the code, you will need to link bzr to your launchpad user name. The directions to do so are here:
  https://help.launchpad.net/YourAccount/CreatingAnSSHKeyPair
