By whom and how iHRIS can customize for a Department of a country

I am working for an Development agency in Bangladesh in the area of Health Information System and very interested to promote open source applications. We already customize DHIS2 to implement here in health sector. With the initial help from HISP we developed local capacity and now continuing with DHIS2 implementation and up-gradation.

Now I am facing question from several department in Bangladesh and from other countries about how can they customize and implement whole iHRIS suit. Local capacity development is an issue and also the cost.

It will be very helpful if someone can guide me to some one or can give me answer.

Thanks Carl for your quick response.

I already do some ground work and go through available resources on the net. But it does not answer my two basic question. How can anyone customize and implement iHRIS and How the local capacity to be developed for customization? This must be done locally. So, local capacity development is an important issue. After knowing we can estimate the cost/budget and proceed further.

I know of a few countries that have implemented only using our online resources such as the course, the wiki and the google groups. We are also freely available for remote support to help you learn how to customize the system. It is one of our key goals to build in-country capacity as rapidly as possible.

We have offered in-country and regional training and we can also connect you with experienced developers from the global iHRIS community.

What is need by a country differs, and I will email you to get into specifics.

After strolling sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata. I can set the time quarter to MST. However, after putting in an appropriate time region terminal reads neighborhood time blah blah MST (which correct). You can see more detail here https://spierenenconditie.nl/clenbuterol-voor-vrouwen/
