ideatorrent

QA action block does not display as configured

Hi,

I have been trying to configure a location installation of ideatorrent. Following the instructions posted on the ideatorrent.org site, everything proceeds well, with the following exception:

When I use the Drupal blocks admin page to specify that the QA-Website module action block 2 should be rendered in the right sidebar, the configuration is saved OK, but nothing ever appears in the sidebar. In fact, I cannot position this action block anywhere. It is never rendered.

The QA-Website top navigation bar is rendered correctly in the header.

Can someone suggest what might be wrong, or what I could to to investigate this further. I am not (yet) very familiar with Drupal. I am using the following config:
Ubuntu 8.04
Apache 2.2.8, various required modules (php, rewrite etc.)
Postgres 8.3.3
Drupal 5.10

There are no obvious errors in any logs

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Please note that this block will only appear when looking at IdeaTorrent. When viewing other modules, it won't be shown.

Otherwise I don't see why you can't see it....

Can you help with this problem?
