print color changes with paper change

I am trying to print Christmas letters on colored paper. When I print on plain white the ink is black. When I print on bluepaper the ink is green and when I print on green pqper the ink is yellow. I can not find any reason that the printer is using the color inks. My work document is in black with no other choices regarding color in the word file.
Can you help me?

Ink is black only but may be due to the colour of the paper it appears that the colour is changed. Try it with only black cartridge inside the print.
