Trying to instll hp laser printer; it cannot find python3-pyqt4

I am trying to install an HP Laser Jet MFP234 printer, and the installer kicks out because it can't find this file: python3-pyqt4

How do I get this file installed?

Dell Precision 3540
Firmware 1.24.0
Intel Core i5-8365U x 9
Intel UHD Graphics 620 (WHL GT2)

Ubuntu 23.04, 64 bit
GNOME 44.3
WIndowing system: Wayland
Kernnel: Linux 6.2.0-32-generic

If you are running Ubuntu, then you better install the version of HPLIP that has been adapted for Ubuntu and not the version from the HPLIP pages (unless you use a printer that needs a newer version).

sudo apt install hplip hplip-gui
