can hp officejet 4650 print on 65# card stock

Card Stock:

I am trying to print on 65# card stock. Can this OfficeJet 4650 do this? What setting should I use for media type.

Custom Paper Size:

On the same note how can I set the paper size to 4-1/2x11 inches. I would be printing with 0.25 margins all around.

I found out that it is a LibreOffice problem. They don't offer "Custom Paper Size" as an option on the printer window.
