I have a HP ENVY 7640 printer. support was given by hp to get printer corrected, done on printer.
will not print from computer

Hi,
Can you let us know what error you are facing while you send the print jobs? Do provide us the distro and hplip version you have installed.

Please do provide the below logs for further analysis on this issue:
hp-logcapture
Run this command and do the print job for capturing the logs. Share the log file for our analysis.
