Wrong proportions in printing

My HP f4180 prints double height in all programs except XnView. But printing png-file in XnView is smudgy.
I asked diagnose in HPLIP tool, and I got:

I have installed these manually, but I get the same answer again.
Is there any solution?

Hi Hymer,
Looks like many packages didn't get installed during the installation process. Make sure there is no network issues during the installation process. Can you mention which driver version you are using?

Can you share the following data for further analysis of this issue?
HPLIP driver version installed and the distro details.
Did you try printing the same document with hp-toolbox? Are you seeing same issue with toolbox?
Can you share the input file for recreating the issue in our lab?
Output of hp-check command.

HPLIP Software version 3.16.3
Device manager version 15.0 (Qt4)
I printed these files with hp toolbos and I see now, that pdf has the right proportions.

When I try to clean, I get: Unable to communicate with device or device is in error state.

The issue is not seen with hp-toolbox as per your updates. You can use the hp-toolbox for any print jobs (as we don't support the XnView as part of hplip).
You can use the hp-setup -r command to remove the device.

Isn't this a hplp toolbox You see on this Printscreen? I made the printing whith this.
When I wright hp-setup -r command in terminal, I get no anything.
Is it possible to solve the problem in Synaptic?

HI Hymer,

Is the paper size you are using for print, supported by your printer?
For better results, please select appropriate paper size both in hp-toolbox and printer.
