[wishlist] ARM support for hplip plugin

I downloaded the latest hplip-3.13.3-plugin[1] , but it contains only x86 shared objects. I could compile the plugin code myself if they were open source, but since they are not, is it possible to provide ARM binaries? An answer with yes or no is enough.

I'm posting this thread because that's what suma-byrappa asked for in [2] and [3]. (I couldn't find the "Extra Options", tho)

Hi,

As you can see the status of bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/hplip/+bug/1152219 is "wishlist", this activity is being planned now.

Please wait for a couple of HPLIP releases to get HPLIP's official ARM support (i.e., release qualified support)
