Sorry for my bad English...
I have tried install a hplip-2.7.10 on Open SuSE 10.3 distribution. When i tried install with self-extracting package, became a error:

Running 'make clean'
Please wait, this may take several minutes...

error: 'make' command failed with status code 2
when I tried install with a regular tarball, with configuration options like above, a problem was occured:
/usr/bin/sed: can't read /usr/lib/
libtool: link: `/usr/lib/
make: *** [cupsext.la] Error 1
on Open SuSE 10.3 hplip-2.7.7-63 is installed... But hplip doesn't work with my multitasking devices.. Model is HP Deskjet F370.
OS, and hp-toolbox detect my printer/scanner, but hp-toolbox says:
Device is not conected or not suported.
Linuxprinting.org says, that HP Deskjet F370 is fully supported...
hp-check -t results:
