Apologies. It is a HP Photosmart Premium C310 printer. I bought it specifically for it's duplex capability so it is disappointing that although I can have this feature using windows, up to now, it is not available in Ubuntu.

Hi,

This device supports duplex printing. Could you please let me know the issue you are facing for duplex printing??

While printing duplex job , you should select AutoDuplex paper size. For example, if you are printing A4 duplex job, you should select "A4 AutoDuplex" media size while printing.

If your problem is not solved, please post the result of 'hp-check -t' here.

Thanks and Regards
Ani Balakrishnan
