Documentation for OpenStack-Dasboard Git-version

Hello,

Can you please write some sort of documentation about the way the Git version of OpenStack-Dashboard needs to be configured?
I'm talking about all the variables that need to be set up in order to connect to the Nova-API and the creation of users for the dashboard.

I recommend looking at horizon/openstack-dashboard/local/local_settings.py.example for a good reference of the variables that are available and required.
